Technique Rows

ERC provides hands-on coaching, aiming to not only challenge our athletes, but to improve their wattage on the water by training the fundamentals. All while surrounded by the stunning scenery of the San Francisco Bay. Our Technique rows are offered 1-2 times a week, and follow a structured program with clear goals.

Workouts & Expedition Rows

We offer intermediate-to-advanced sessions where rowers can expect to burn a lot of calories and work hard. We also have safe adventures out on the open water, from rowing all 16 miles around Alameda Island to heading out to Hunter's Point for brunch and rowing back. We've even gone out to the Farallons!
